• Client Waiver Policy Guide: The Kiva Coordinator and the Field Partner’s Management Team should use this guide to gain a comprehensive understanding of all of Kiva’s client waiver policies.

• Presentation for Training Field Staff: The Kiva Coordinator and the Field Partner’s Management Team can use this presentation to train Field Staff to properly explain the client waiver and obtain consent from borrowers.

• Kiva Guide for Field Staff: Field Staff should carry this guide while they are in the field, so they can easily reference the proper procedures for explaining the client waiver and obtaining consent.
