Please choose the appropriate Client Waier(s) below for your lending program. You should download the document(s), save them to your computer, finalize them with your organization's name and distribute to all loan officers in your organization collecting information for Kiva loans. The Client Waiver is extremely important in ensuring that potential borrowers understand the full implications of becoming a Kiva borrower, which requires us to share their personal information and loan details on the internet.
